Scroll Bar on Chat Window

Scroll bar on the right said of the chat room is not working. Unable to backread by moving the scroll bar up.

    This has been happening to me a lot too as host. Has anyone been able to find a solution? It's not something you can easily check at the beginning of a webinar because the chat box is empty and then you discover mid-session that you can't scroll in the chat box.
