server error 500 element

Hello everyone, i have a person trying to publish Captivate 2 content to our internal Breeze server and she is receiving the below error.

server error 500 element <File> file does not exist.

Can anyone help with this issue.

    I just got this today while publishing. By turning off one of the server reporting/tracking features it published ok.
