Service Outage

Today, 03/31/2020, between 9:30-10:50 and 11:00-12:20 US/EST, I experience a lot of dropouts, and even each had the platform crash on all users, kicking everyone out.

Adobe Connect status page show green. Was something going on and will this happen again tomorrow?

    Very high useage for this environment has lead to some service issues from time to time. I believe there is an in-meeting message that basically states that at peak times there may be a degradation of service for some users.
