Service Pack 1 - News to you too?

Hey fellow victims - did you get any warning that a new service pack was being applied on the 19th? I got notice today to 'download the service pack' - and I'm not a licensed customer, but a hosted one! AAARGH!

Wow, Adobe customer service is at an all time low for me.

    Yeah, notification - it's a wonderful concept.

    Our account is hosted and we hear NOTHING until it's 4 days old. We use Adobe for both our asynchronous and synchronous training but because we are hosted they treat us like dirt.

    I'd really like to know if there are any other hosted customers that have the same experience, or have we been singled out. I've repeatedly tried to tell Adobe to stop sending me messages related to the licensed product - but they can not even achieve that modest request.

    We're a licensed install, but we were notified ahead of time. There will be a second SP coming out later this year as well (around springtime was the estimate I was told).
