Can a list of students be imported from a .csv file?

I found out from Adobe the following: Yes.

Is it possible to have the presenter pass control of the keyboard and mouse to a participant?

You can pass control of the keyboard and mouse between the host and the presenter only. However you can promote a participant to the role of presenter at any time during the session.

You seem to have answered all your questions. Was there something you were looking for more information on?

For what it's worth, you can give participants enhanced rights to the share pod. This would give them Presenter level rights to the share pod only, if you didn't want to promote them up to Presenter status. Just another option to that question.
