Share My Screen and Adobe Connect

I have set up a meeting room but every time I click on share my computer screen it seems to think about it for 10 seconds and then returns to the same screen with the button in the middle.

I have also tried to go from the Share my Screen option in Indesign, where I enter my Adobe ID and then it comes up with the message Failed to Connect. Try Again.

I have installed the Connect Now Addin, and tested the connection using the troubleshooot which says that everything is working fine.

Does anyone have any ideas as to how to get this working?

By the way I am on Mac OSX 10.6.8 using CS5 and firefox 6

If you are using ConnectNow, you should post this question here: http://forums.adobe.com/community/acrobatdotcom/acrobatdotcom_connectnow

Adobe Connect and ConnectNow at Acrobat.com are two different products.
