Share POD Does Not Show Screen Images

When I select desktop, window, or application to share, connect does not bring it up within the connect interface like it should and shows it in the native program or window and it minimizes into the dock. I am using the trial version if it matters. When I select in the Pod Options "Preview in Pod While Screen Sharing, " the Sharing Pod shows a white area with wavy, vertical blue lines.

Any help is appreciated.

    When I have seen this, it seems to have been a graphics card issue on older computers. It may also be an issue with an older version of Flash. Try getting Flash Player 9 and see if that fixes the problem, or try screen sharing on another computer.

    I have seen this issue on purchased accounts so I don't believe that it is an issue with being a trial version.
