Shared MP3 - Audio Distortion

Hello-

I have an offline MP3 that is audible and runs just fine in preview mode on my Mac.  However, when I upload it directly to a room in a shared pod or access it via the administrative content manager, again in a share pod, the sound is distorted.  This has been replicated in multiple rooms.

Any thoughts?
