Since last Saturday morning (2020-09-26) we cannot login users via Web API.

Since last Saturday morning (2020-09-26) we cannot login users via Web API.

We use the XML based API but same error occurs with URL based API.

https://XXX.adobeconnect.com/api/xml?action=login&login=XXXloginXXX&password=XXXpasswordXXX&session=XXXsessionXXX

returns the following error:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>

<results><status code="no-access" subcode="not-available"/></results>

I have no idea what subcode “not-available” means here.

we solved the problem: the login can no longer do with a valid session cookie

We have been having the same problem with google chrome for 3 months and can't get any response from support. Have you tried Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox?
