Slide sections titles not showing on adobe presenter

I am creating a presentation in adobe presenter, "my objective is to show 7 sections in the table of content on the side panel, each section has a title with several pages inside of the section, the idea is to show them collapsed, and on click should show the pages in that particular section.

To do that, I created the "7 sections on  PowerPoint" and the pages within each individual section.

The problem is: When I publish the presentation in presenter it shows all the sections expanded without the main section titles! am I doing something wrong?

In theory, it should show the 7 sections collapsed. and on click of each section,  should expand and show the pages within the sections. your help will be appreciated

I have tried everything and invested at least 7 hours looking for a solution.

Pretty sure the Outline and Thumb panes in the Sidebar will show all the slides. I'm not aware of a way to group and expand/collapse those groups within the sidebar.

When presenter converts the presentation it is no long a PPT presentation so some functions/features may be lost. I believe the creation of Sections within PPT is one of those items.
