Adobe is in the process of updating our user authentication database. This measure is being taken to make these forums more secure and in line with your experience elsewhere on Adobe.com.

We hope to achieve the following with this change:

  • the similarities in the user experience across adobe.com will make the forums more usable and familiar.
  • a significant reduction in spambot activity as a result of this change.
  • forums being more secure a place for our interactions.

As a result of this change, the forum sign in page will change. Upon logging in, you may be prompted to take some additional steps, including verifying your Adobe ID (email address) or you may be asked to provide your date of birth. You will not be prompted for date of birth, if you have already provided it via such places as the Adobe Store, Acrobat.com or the Creative Cloud.

For more information about how Adobe uses the information you supply upon registration, please visit our Privacy Center.
