whenever I use Bluetooth headphones with adobe connect, the presenter's audio either speeds up so fast that I can't make out any words, or slows down so much that the presenter is unintelligible. Can somebody help me?

Well, my answer would be to use a non-Bluetooth headset.

If you would like, you can contact Adobe Connect Support and see if they have any other thoughts. https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/connect-support.html

I've never really had any good experience with Bluetooth headsets. Do you get the same experience with a USB headset?

nope, this only happens with Bluetooth headphones. Some of the others in the meeting say that the same thing happens to them.
