SMTP settings Adobe Connect: "request not processed"

Hi!

We need help to verify the SMTP settings Adobe Connect. Whenever we try to fill in the fields: Host SMTP Username and SMTP Password SMTP get the message "request not processed"

For this reason we can not send notifications to users of Adobe Connect.

Have you worked with the person(s) in charge of your STMP servers? Is a password required? Have you looked at the logs on the Connect server to see if there is more information there about what the issue may be?
