some problems with web cam

Good morning, I turn to you because using Adobe Connect participating in a course with the profile participant reflected some problems :

I access to the classroom , but when activated webcam , adobe connect stops working .

My network is great, the new media. I do not know what farefar operate the web .

The support that I use is a 2 in 1 ( laptop / tablet ) , with operating system Windows 8.1 32-bit x64 CPU 1.46GHz , 2GB RAM . I tried the application , but I've found for Windows .

    There is an Add-in for Adobe Connect that may help with the crashing. You can find the most current version here, Adobe Connect Downloads and Updates.
