Stuck in "Make Offline" for recordings AC9.7

I am trying to use the "Make Offline" feature. I have the Adobe Connect application installed and up-to-date, am assigned as host, the recording is set as public access with passcode. When I select the "Make Offline" feature, I get a popup window and enter the passcode, then jump to this screen:

After 15-20 seconds, it jumps to this:

Somehow it is not correctly passing off to the application.

Thoughts/suggestions? Thanks in advance!
