Stuck in the mud. Smile disappearing rapidly.

So paid £48, set-up a 'Meeting' clicked Enter meeting room.  System has timer and says loading the room, then preparing the room.  Then message says User Limit Exceeded.  I am the only Admin but I can't even enter a room myself.  Help needed immediately please.

    Can you provide a screen shot of your admin summary page? This will show the licensing that is on the account and may help clarify what you purchased vs. what you expected to have.
