Stuck Loading Connecting to some Meetings

Hello,

 

Our organization is having issues starting around 7:30am EDT. Most meeting rooms will not load. They are gettign stuck 'Connecting'. It effecting some meeting rooms and not others. Mutiple users experiecing the same issues.
