Suggest Future Upgrade

I'd like to suggest a future upgrade regarding the chat pod.  Actually, there are two suggestions:

1. Create an option in the new Standard view to have chat populate from the top, like it does in the Classic View.  This way already-written text does not move each time a new entry is made.

2. Create a pod-specific option to enable participants to chat privately.  Right now it's an option in chat, but when I allow participants to chat privately in one chat pod, they can do it in all.  I'd like the ability to have one chat pod running where participants can chat with all, or with some privately.  But I'd also like to have chat pods where the ability to chat privately is denied.
