Question

SWF File not syncing properly

I have uploaded a Captivate Memory Game Widget SWF file to Adobe Connect V9.  I would like to load the file so that the Producer has full control over the SWF file instead of each individual participant.  Any idea why the SWF file isn't allowing me to sync?
