Synching integrated Conference Phone lines with Computers to work properly in Breakout sessions
We use one of the few Conference call telecom providers to integrate audio into Adobe Connect. However, I often have problems with the phone number synching to the participant name, and when I do break-out rooms, I have to drag & drop both the a) name of participant and b) their phone number into a break-out room. What am I doing wrong? Is there a way to ensure that the phone line is synched with the participant name? Thanks, Debi
