the camera does not turn on

The first time I click, the camera opens, but when I start my webcam, the camera turns off.

Chasing issues in Classic mode is kind of a futal effort at this point. It is supposed to be end-of-life'd in the next month or so. If it works in Standard mode, just use that.

I am also having the exact same problem as of yesterday using classic.

The camera shows in the preview when you click "Start my webcam" but then fails when you click "Start sharing".

Application version: WIN 2020.10.1.32

Adobe Connect version: 11.2.3

I use the application, it gives an error when I use classic, and the camera works when I make it standard. Why does the camera not work when I do classic?
