Hello, I’ve a problem with Adobe Connect 9: When I finished the installation, the service “Adobe Connect Service isn’t installed, you can view this in the next image:

Then nothing is executed, nothing works, I have done the default installation with the embedded database (Microsoft SQLServer). I have realized the installation in a virtual machine VMWare, with windows 2003 Server Enterprise R2 with SP1 and Microsoft Framework.net 4.

Can you help me please?

Thanks & Regards

Joaquín López.

Un-install Connect and reinstall it. Be sure you are installing it as an Administrator (you may need to right click and select Run as Administrator).

I'm guessing that at the end of the installation it said it installed but with errors. Reinstalling it is the easiest course of action.
