The Meeting Room could not connect to the Adobe Connect Server.

I see the below message when trying to access the meeting room.My colleagues have the same issue:

The Meeting Room could not connect to the Adobe Connect Server. Please re-launch the Meeting Room, or refresh your browser to restore the connection.
