The tune of my voice recorded was heavy, low and not clear by Adobe Connect

I had looked at the PDF document about Adobe connect, and I did what it wrote in this document, but when I tested it,  my voice was recorded unusually and unclearly, it sounded  like the tune of my voice recorded was heavy and low, the most worse problem is that it was not clear. I do not know why and I tried to close and open the “Reduce Echo “ in configuration , but they were both still the same problem as before…

The premise is that my computer is working well in any communication software like Skype, QQ …

That is my PC details:

Lenovo Z50-70

Windows 10 Pro. 64bit Operating System, x64 based processor;

Intel i7-4510U CPU @ 2.00GHz 2.6GHz;

8.00 GB RAM.

What mic were you using? Have you tried using a different USB mic/headset?

I was using the Microphone inside my laptop, it worked well when I was testing it in Skype and Video Recorder(the original voice would be recorded clearly). I also tried to use my apple headphone to test it , it was the same issue as I described above. I did not test it by a USB connect based microphone until now.

Use the audio set up wizard and you can verify that the correct input is being used and you can validate if it sounds correct. Also, try using the Add-in for Connect as it can help. Go in to the Microphone Preferences by going to Meeting > Preferences > Microphone and try improving the quality setting to see if that helps. You can also change to the Speex audio codec to see if that makes a difference.
