The user limit for this account has been exceeded. (All help topic checked! )

Hello,
Yestarday I bought once again licence for Connect Meetings (max 25 users) and when I try to organize meeting I get this issue: The user limit for this account has been exceeded. Contact your meeting organizer for assistance. I've used this SW for 5 years and get such annoying message the first time. Way of creation of meeting is the same now and 5 years ago. Can you help ? ( 0225000000230 and ADB-12747725-D1T ) (It is not trail version) I have to access to Connect immediately 😕😕

    I believe it is the same issue that was discussed here (except that you are using the Named Webinar Manager 25 license). https://community.adobe.com/t5/connect/limit-of-users-exceeded-soft-limit-to-1/m-p/11038688?page=1#M13001

    I just purchase the same licence Connect Meetings (max 25 users), and when creating and joining a meeting I have the same problem :
    "The user limit for this account has been exceeded"
