There is an error when converting the PowerPoint file into Adobe Connect. We have a webinar in 2 hours for 900 people please help!!!

The slides were loaded yesterday, but I noticed a typo in the PowerPoint file name listed at the top. I fixed the typo and when I try to share a document (aka the PP slides), it says there is an error when converting the file. They were loaded yesterday what could be wrong? It's the same file. We have a webinar in 2 hours for 900 people please help!!!

    Well, I believe it has been 2 hours, but you can always screen share the presentation in a pinch.

    Try saving the file as a PPT instead of a PPTX file and see if that helps.
