There is no video or audio in my adobe connect recording. This is the second time it happend!!!!!

This is not good. In march I lost the video and audio in two important recorded webinars, case #0185323951. You told me that it was due to lack of cache memory on the servers???? Since that was embarrassing for Adobe I thought that it was fixed by now but obviously not. If I cant rely on the tools I cant work with my costumers in your tool. I have more webinars coming up so I want to know if you can deliver what you have promised. I like Adobe Connect it is an unique tool among the web conference systems so it would make me sad to change from it but still it have to do the basic. So fix this and make me happy

I would recommend reaching out to support directly for this. Either email them back at the support email you have from your previous case, or you can chat with a live agent. A possible fix is here, along with the link to the live agent Audio missing from recorded meeting
