There is no way to cancel the service for which my credit card is being charged

I want to cancel my membership/service for which my MasterCard [removed] is being charged every month. When I go to Plan & Products on the website I am notified that there is no plan or product registered against my membership ID. When I go to Contact Us, Chat option is never active. When I try to contact on the specified Phone number 8008336687 it is switched off even during regular business hours.  Please suggest me a  way-out to get rid of this unwanted financial burden.
