Time shift of 3 hours in the Outlook invitation for a meeting?

I am setting up a meeting for the first time on my new Adobe Connect account. 

I have set the time zone in our administration account to Eastern Standard Time (GMT -5).

I have set the meetign start time to 10:00 a.m.

The Meeting Invitation in my Outlook calendar says the meeting starts at 1:00 p.m. .. 3 hours later than it should.

Any suggestions as to how to remedy this?

Go into the My Profile link at the top right of the Connect Central page. Then select Edit My Preferences. Change the time zone on your profile (probably set to the original time zone of the account).

That time zone is set properly to GMT-5 which is the time zone within which I operate
