Timestamp does not show up in chat pod

Hello,

we use an Adobe Connect room as a virtual classroom and would want to see when someone writes to the chat, at what time he wrote. As you can see, the timestamp does not show up, no matter which browser we use to start the AC room.

Can you help?

Did you turn the timestamp function on in the drop down menu?

Yes, it is turned on.

You might notice the thin interrupted lines in my screenshot which usually have the time in the middle.

Shot in the dark... If you change the room language does it display the date/time?
