Tips on Editing a Recording

Hello Again,

When editing Connect recordings is there any way to make the clipping triangles more percise? Currently, I only know how to drag them and it always skips by more time then I would like. This has made even the most minor of edits quite difficult. I am using version 11 of Adobe Connect. Looking at older versins it appears that you could double click the triangles to jump them to the current position the video was playing at but this feature does not appear to be active on the current version. Is there anythign I should know that could help me edit my recordings better?
