Training Report Questions

Hello,

I have two questions regarding training reports for Breeze curricula.

First, I would like to review a curriculum report that includes the completion status for all users enrolled in a training. Currently, I see only the results for users who have logged into Breeze. I would like to also see those users who have not yet logged into Breeze for the training. Does such a report exist?

Second, I have created Captivate movies that ask users at the second half of the movie to complete simulation click-boxes. These movies constitute my Breeze curriculum. It appears that the system will only log if a user has completed the simulation. Is it possible to capture whether the user has watched the video without taking the simulation exam?

Thank you!

On the reports... if you're looking for completion status, there's a couple of places to check. Did you try looking at reports by user? This will indicate complete, incomplete, pass or failed. If you're not the content author, please ask this person to run the report for you. Or if you have Admin rights, go to Admin, Reports, Downloadable Reports, Interations - Download. This will compile a .csv report - which can be saved to Excel. If using Excel, I typically go to Data, Filter, Auto Filter and then change column I for Date Created into Date format. Then you can filter out by course name and course status as Completed. Or, if you're a Manager and you'd like to see the training completed by your reports, go to Home, Manager Reports and click the Training Completed next to each employee - cumbersome though since you have to go to each employee.

As for the Captivate movie... what are your thoughts to creating two separate pieces of content? For example, make the simulation one piece of content and then the exam another piece of content. At the end of the simulation, you can insert the link to the exam to provide a path for the learner to get to the exam. Jus' a thought...
