Training Report Shows Incorrect Completion Status for ADOBE PDF Content

This is a problem that affect only some users.

When PFD content is uploaded to a training course, the status of some users are not being updated to reflect "Completed" status.

This is a problem only with PDF content.

    PDFs as training content have been hit or miss for me. You can try re-uploading the PDF, updating the course and seeing if the addition of the tracking information takes better. Usually this solves the problem for me.

    I've also had some documents that I just converted to HTML, and used that instead. It doesn't track page views, but will give a complete status when someone accesses it.
