Transferring Guests into Registered Users

Is there a way to transfer "guests" into "registered users"? I'd like to keep their testing records together rather than manually re-enrolling them myself (tedious) and then having two separate records for them.

I would really appreciate some assistance with this!! Thanks!!

This isn't a feature in the current release but we anticipate that it
will be available in the next release, which is slated to ship some
time toward the end of the year.
