Transition pods

I want to do what I see happening in the Adobe Connect videos: have a pod showing a document, and then have the webcam appear, with the document appearing to fold back to make room for the webcam.  I understand that I can do this with two different layouts, one with just the document and the second with the document and the webcam.  But I want to make it appear that the document is folding back to make room for the webcam, just like on the Adobe videos, or even have the document spin around.  Any suggestions?  Thanks
