Trouble connecting to Adobe Connect Application

Hello, 

Due to coronavirus, I have to use Adobe Connect to follow classes, but the application does not seem to be working. Each time I try to log in, the application starts loading and then it just stops loading halfway. I am using windows 10 and I have tried launching the application from different browsers (Google chrome, Edge, Internet explorer). 

I also tried to login with browser but it doesn't work either, and anyways I need to use features that are only available in the application.

I hope someone knows the solution to this because I am becoming quite desperate 😞

That said, are you on a VPN or any other restricted network?

I am having the same problem with Windows 10.  I had no problem connecting with Windows 10 for the past year, then all of a sudden (probably after some update) I couldn't connect without a lot of trouble.  I may or may not get connected after trying seven or eight times.
