Question

Trouble uploading MP3 files from a Mac after upgrading to Connect 9.2?

Hello,

Since we upgraded to 9.2 a couple weeks ago, my colleague has been unable to upload MP3 files to share pods within our meeting room from his Mac.  When he emails me the exact same files, I have no trouble uploading them from my PC, and the music plays just fine.  Prior to the upgrade, he was able to do this with no problems.

Is there a solution that will enable him to upload MP3 files again?  Thank you for your help.

Hello,

Does the user sees "error converting your file" error message upon uploading the MP3 file in the share pod? Have you tried other Macs or tried uploading any other MP3 file on the MAc that is having issues?

Thanks

I noticed a similar problem in that my already-uploaded MP3 files either

vanished or would not play. Two hosts at separate times tried and failed

to get an mp3 file to start playing. This file had been uploaded at least

one year ago and had been successfully played dozens of times since. Yet

now it suddenly doesn't play. The problem was mysteriously resolved by

Adobe tech support who entered my meeting and did something? although they

claim to have done nothing? because the file magically started working

immediately thereafter.
