Trouble with webcams freezing during meetings.

We have been using Adobe Connect for months for Team/Company meetings.  During every meeting everyones webcam freezes at sometime.  Has this happened to anyone else?  Is there a known fix that could help with the issue?  Thanks!!

    Try using Connect while not on the VPN. Alternatively, you may be able to work with your reseller and Adobe to get your IT team what is needed to properly whitelist the Connect application so the VPN doesn't interrupt the flow of data to the room causing the freezing of video or other odd behavior in Connect.

    I use the Application and am on VPN.
