Trying to apply product to phone

The person who set up the virtual room initially has to set up the audio. If they've enabled Audio Bridge (which allows you to use your phone), you should see the ability to "Connect Audio" under the Audio drop down. Most people use VoIP so if that's the audio type being used, you won't be able to call in via phone.
