Trying to open an Adobe Presenter file sent from my teacher. Never makes it past the loading icon

I am an online student at Sinclair. A presentation was posted from adobe presenter that when I click on the link, opens the new tab and loads for the rest of time. I'd like it to not do this. I'd like to see the file. Please sent help. And biscuits.

    I don't know if I can help with biscuits.

    But ask the teacher about the privileges for the particular link.  They may need to set access levels for you.
