Unable to access any meeting rooms using IE

Hi all,

Since Jan 12th we are unable to enter any of our meeting rooms using the link and Internet Explorer - this includes any rooms that do not currently have any content. Access using Chrome and App ok.

Image attached of Icon displayed - looks like Flash content is blocking, but there is no content in some cases. Does this mean that IE cannot be used anymore to access any meeting rooms?

IE 11 was last updated in 2015, and will ultimately be end of life'd by Microsoft later in 2021, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_Explorer_11. As a result IE has never suppoted HTML5 which is what the new Standard view of Adobe Connect is, so it has relied on the Classic view of Connect (Flash) to continue to work with Connect without the Desktop App. 

Now that Flash in the browser is no longer a thing as of Jan 12, 2021, IE is no longer a viable browser for Connect meetings. Use any other browser.
