I had setup a Adobe Connect Pro 7 server and it works great within my company network. However, when I try to access the server at home, I can login the connect server but cannot get into any meeting.

I try to run the connection test but it fails.

Ports 80, 443, 1935 were allowed on company firewall. And I had check the Adaptor.xml that I had enable the HTTP tunneling.

I can't figure it out, anyone can help?????

Are you on a licensed or hosted account?

Could be a shot in the dark, but our licensed account did not have the flash palyer 10 patch installed. when I logged in to my meeting room from my company computer it worked fine (cause I had flash player 9) When I logged in from home it gave me a flash player error that would lead me to believe I did not have the most recent version of flash player - even though that computer had flash player 10 installed. Long story short we had to update our server with the flash player 10 patch to make it work.

its not related to the Flash player as I use the same notebook to test.
