Unable to download the PDF file hosted under adobeconnect

Hi Team,

We have hosted few files on Adobe connect in PDF format. It will generate a link once we upload the PDF files.

We use the hyperlinks which translate to PDF

Unfortunately, We are unable to highlight any text post uploading the PDF.

Looks like it's converting that into an image during the upload.

Please note : We haven't experienced this issue before while uploading the PDF file to the Adobe connect. Its just probably converting it into a image. 

This never happened earlier. 

Any idea or possible solution would help us
