Unable to edit the participant list

I am trying to edit the participant list but I get a message saying that the "system is unable to process " .  Any ideas?

    Thanks for responding. My role was that of host. In any case, I am finally able to edit the Participant List. I was told that Adobe Connect was "down" for a day or so, and that was probably why I couldn't edit the list. It seems to be okay now.
