Unable to get camera to work (Win11)

My daughter's online school uses Adobe Connect for lessons and we can't get the camera to work in the preview. 

We've tried to access via Chrome, Edge, Firefox and the Connect app but all have the same result. The microphone in the camera will register as picking up the microphone but the camera doesn't.

The camera works on zoom calls via the same browser, but not on the connect platform.

    This reply might be a bit late, but have you granted camera access to Adobe Connect in your browser? If you're using the Adobe Connect Desktop Application, permissions are not required.


    You can also try the meeting diagnostic test to check your hardware. Replace [your_account_name] with the string you see in the meeting join URL for the session. 

    Diagnostic URL: https://[your_account_name].adobeconnect.com/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm

    Example: if your meeting joining URL looks like https://alpha.adobeconnect.com/math101, then the diagnostic URL will be https://alpha.adobeconnect.com/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm
