Unable to install adobe connect add-in --- And add-in not detected

In the Adobe Meeting connection test, it tells me that the add-in couldn't be installed on the harddrive, I should check the available HD again. So I installed the add-in manually and rebooted. This is not detected by the Meeting Connection test however... Any ideas? - Thanks in advance!

    Try another browser. Avoid using Chrome.
