Unable to join class as admin on Android device

Hello,

My phone model is Samsung A72. Until a few days ago, I was able to join my class as an admin without any problem. Suddenly, one day I started getting the error shown in the attached screenshot.

I tried changing my internet connection and even reset my password, but the issue was not resolved.

My account was created by my workplace, and my colleagues can still log in without any issues.

Also, I can log in successfully on my laptop, but not on my phone.

Please help me resolve this issue.
