Unable to join the meeting or continue

I recently started using Adobe Connect as a guest. I was able to connect to the first meeting without problems but was logged out of it towards the end.

For the past two weeks, I have not been able to join the weekly meetings as my connection gets stuck at "connecting to server" or "connecting to alternative server".

Any suggestions on how to make this work please?

Make sure you are on the latest version of the Connect App. There was recently a bug fix that sounds like your problem.
