unable to loggin adobe connect

I am unable to connect to the room that i connected to last week for teleperformance. i can loggon in adobe and on their website but now when i click the link for the room i am asked to loggin. when i loggin i get "Invalid credentials. To protect your account, your login may be temporarily suspended after too many consecutive failed attempts. If you need to access your account immediately, please reset your password." i have recent with both adobe and tele. what is the problem and how do i solve it because live chat for adobe connect says i have to make a post because they cant help and i have the meeting in under 1hr.

sorry to disturb you but I am experiencing the same problem as you, /as above./ and need to solve this urgently. Adobe keeps telling me to set a new password, which i have done following their instructions, but nothing changes...

Any suggestion?

Sounds like maybe your old password is saved in your outlook that might be causing the suspention / invalid credientials.
