Unable to make a recording public after moving to the content folder

We have a couple of recordings which have been moved to the content folder. Now we would like to make these  public. How do we do this as we are unable to move the recordings back to the meetings folder.

    Hello!

    When you click on the recording's name in your content list, do you see an "Set Permissions" link? If so, click on that, click "Customize" and click the radio button which sets the recordings permissions to public.
